Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by Yiwu Rising Garments Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Yiwu Rising Garments Co., Ltd. provides garment manufacturing services, including but not limited to the production of shirts, polo shirts, suits, jackets, cotton clothing, pants, and skirts for various international brands and retailers.

3.1 All orders must be submitted in writing and include detailed specifications.

3.2 Production will commence upon receipt of the agreed deposit and written confirmation of order details.

3.3 The Company reserves the right to request additional information or clarification regarding orders.

3.4 Changes to orders must be submitted in writing and may affect pricing and delivery timelines.

4.1 Prices are quoted based on specifications provided and are subject to change if specifications are modified.

4.2 Payment terms are as follows:

• 30% deposit upon order confirmation
• 70% balance before shipment

4.3 All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice.

4.4 Late payments may result in production delays and additional fees.

5.1 The Client retains all rights to their designs, patterns, and specifications provided to the Company.

5.2 The Company agrees not to reproduce or distribute Client designs without explicit written permission.

5.3 The Client warrants that all designs and specifications provided do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

6.1 The Company maintains strict quality control procedures throughout the production process.

6.2 Clients may request to inspect goods during production or before shipment with reasonable advance notice.

6.3 Any quality issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt of goods.

7.1 Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

7.2 The Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

7.3 Risk of loss transfers to the Client once goods are delivered to the designated carrier.

7.4 The Client is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country.

8.1 Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

8.2 Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects and must be approved in writing.

8.3 Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.

9.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the business relationship.

9.2 This includes but is not limited to designs, pricing, manufacturing techniques, and client lists.

9.3 This obligation continues for a period of 5 years after the termination of the business relationship.

10.1 The Company's liability is limited to the value of the goods produced.

10.2 The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

10.3 The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from the use or inability to use the products.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, China.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or direct notification to clients. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
